Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell was endorsed by Planned Parenthood Southeast Advocates for her commitment to working to support policies and programs that help women and their families make responsible choices about the prevention of unintended pregnancies and plan for healthy families. “This year, our right to make personal healthcare decisions without government interference is on the ballot,” shared Lisa Campbell, “As the first woman elected to serve GAHD35, I am committed to supporting reproductive freedom and I am excited to be your champion for ensuring all Georgians have access to high quality, affordable healthcare close to home.”

Today, Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell was endorsed by Fair Fight for her commitment to protect Georgia voters’ rights. “As the first woman elected to serve our district, I pledge to promote legislation that will ensure that all eligible Georgia voters have equitable access to the ballot box,” shared Lisa Campbell. “Voting is a fundamental right of our constitution. I promise to utilize my experience leading teams and building technology in the private sector to protect voting rights and expand access to the ballot box for every eligible Georgia voter.”

Today, Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell was endorsed by The National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), chaired by the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, Eric H. Holder, Jr. as a Democracy Defender. The NDRC is the first-ever strategic hub for a comprehensive redistricting strategy. Together, we will rebuild a democracy where voters pick their politicians—not the other way around. Georgia is an increasingly diverse state, and Georgians deserve fair maps that reflect the growing diversity of the state—that’s why in 2022, NDRC is supporting fair maps champions like Lisa Campbell.

Today, Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell was endorsed by Georgia Equality for her commitment to promote legislation in Georgia’s General Assembly that will protect the rights of LGBTQ+ Georgians and promote fairness, safety, and opportunity for all. Georgia Equality’s mission is to advance fairness, safety and opportunity for LGBTQ communities and allies throughout the state. Georgia Equality, Inc. works year-round to pass pro-equality legislation and elect fair-minded elected officials.

Georiga House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell, announces her endorsement by NARAL Pro-Choice America. Campbell pledges to work to protect access to healthcare, and restore the right of Georgia women to make their own decisions regarding reproduction, contraception, and bodily autonomy. “Georgia women are trustworthy to make their own healthcare decisions, regarding family planning and are worthy of protecting by creating laws to shield them from workplace discrimination. Georgia parents are hardworking and deserve someone advocating for them under the gold dome by promoting real family values such as paid family leave, access to affordable, quality healthcare, close to home, and the freedom to make private decisions about their own lives including access to safe, legal abortion,” stated Campbell.

EMILY’s List, the nation’s largest resource for women in politics, endorsed Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell in recognition of her commitment to defending reproductive justice. “EMILY’s List is excited to endorse Lisa Campbell to represent Georgia’s 35th House District,” said Sarah Curmi, Vice President of State and Local Campaigns at EMILY’s List.

Having lived in, been an advocate for, and avid enthusiast of the Georgia Outdoors for more than 50 years, Campbell knows the value of Georgia’s natural environment. As part of her mission to create a better Georgia for all, she is committed to advancing policies that will promote the protection of Georgia’s environment, thus ensuring future generations not only benefit from enjoyment of its outdoor spaces but also have clean air, water, and soil as is necessary for their health and well-being.

I’m honored to receive a Gun Sense Candidate distinction from Moms Demand Action, the grassroots organization dedicated to advancing public safety. We all want to keep our families safe. That’s why we fight for policies that are proven to reduce gun violence, protect children, and make our communities safer. This isn’t about “gun control.” It’s about preventing gun violence in all its forms, and encouraging gun safety and responsible gun ownership. No one law can stop all tragedies, but there are critical steps we can take now that will make a difference and save lives.

I’m honored to have earned the endorsement of Cobb County Commission Chairwoman, Lisa Cupid. As House Representative for District 35, I look forward to working with her to support the success of our county, working together to create unity, inclusivity, and expanded opportunities for all.

Georgia WIN List is dedicated to changing the face of power in Georgia by recruiting, training, supporting, electing and re-electing Democratic women for statewide and legislative office who will be effective advocates for the issues most important to women and families, including the preservation of reproductive freedom. Since 2000, we have helped elect and re-elect more than 75 endorsed women, with 45 of them currently serving – 13 in the Senate and 32 in the House. We have trained more than 2,100 women to run for office over the years.

Emerge Georgia is a state affiliate of Emerge America, which has trained more than 4,000 women to run for office since 2002. Today, the Georgia AFL-CIO, the state federation of labor representing more than 120,000 members, endorsed Georgia House District 35 Representative Lisa Campbell in recognition of her commitment to defending the right of all working people to good jobs, fair wages, and safe working conditions.

As a long-time community advocate and small business owner, Campbell is campaigning to bring her consensus building skills to The Gold Dome, where she pledges to build strong community partnerships with Georgia companies, lift up Georgia workers and advocate for the right to organize for safe environments, fair wages, and inclusive, meaningful work.
